1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Welin Hostels Android application (“App”) or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
2. About Welin
Welin Hostels provides tools for students to discover listed hostels and for owners to manage hostel operations such as beds, residents, and rent. Welin is a marketplace and operations platform; we are not a hostel operator unless expressly stated for a specific listing.
3. Direct APK distribution
The App may be offered as an Android Package (APK) download from this website and is not distributed through Google Play unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for downloading the APK only from our official site and for enabling installation from trusted sources on your device.
4. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate details when creating an account (for example phone number and role as student or owner). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
5. Listings and bookings
Hostel information (rent, beds, amenities, location) is provided by owners. Welin does not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or the quality of any hostel. Join requests, payments, and stay arrangements are subject to agreement between student and owner and to applicable law.
6. Payments
Where payments (such as rent) are processed in-app, they may use third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms as well. Refunds or disputes related to hostel stays are primarily between student and owner unless required otherwise by law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the App or website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or use Welin for illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Privacy
We process personal data needed to run the service (such as account and location data for nearby search). Use location permission only as needed for features you choose. Contact us if you want account deletion or data questions.
9. Disclaimer
The App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from hostel stays, owner–student disputes, or reliance on listing information.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
